Yuzubei Yuzushu is a premium citrus liqueur made with generous amounts of domestic yuzu juice and sake from Hida Takayama. Known for its high natural sweetness and juiciness, the yuzu delivers a vibrant, refreshing aroma alongside a rich sweet-tart flavour that lingers on the palate.

Recognised for its exceptional quality, Yuzubei has achieved Hall of Fame status at the National Liquor Competition in 2021 after consistently ranking first over many years. It is also certified as a “Hida Mino Excellent Product,” highlighting its regional craftsmanship and excellence.
