Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Breakage in Transit

If a bottle is broken during delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photographic evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delivery Issues

If delivery is refused due to failure to provide valid ID or proof of age, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be processed, packed, or dispatched and changes may no longer be possible.
