Brewed using locally sourced water from Ochi and rice polished to 50%—the standard for Junmai Daiginjo—it offers an elegant natural sweetness balanced by the bright, citrusy freshness of shikuwasa.

Made without any added sugar, all of its sweetness comes naturally from glucose produced during the koji fermentation process. The result is a smooth, refreshing, and naturally sweet drink that can be enjoyed as part of a healthy daily routine.
