Silky and slightly effervescent, produced by rice and water.
Junmai-shu with a fresh, delicate burst of rice flavour and mild acidity. The smoothness of fresh yoghurt is brought out from the mouth to the throat. The aftertaste is fresh and bright, with a subtle flavour and peachy aroma that fills the mouth. Serve well chilled in a glass to accentuate the aroma.
