This revival-brewed junmai sake is made using a traditional natural brewing method. It offers a juicy and wild acidity balanced with a moderate, satisfying umami, creating a confident, well-rounded flavor. It pairs especially well with rich, sweet-and-savory dishes such as grilled eel (kabayaki), tare-flavored yakitori, braised pork, Peking duck, or teriyaki chicken. If served warm, an upper warm temperature of around 45–50℃ is recommended.
