OSHU NO RYU JUNMAI DAIGINJO BATTER VER

Brewed exclusively with Yuinoka rice grown in Oshu City, this special edition "Baseball Label" is part of the Oshu no Ryu series, an international brand launched in 2017. As the only sake brewery in Oshu City, the brewery named the series after a dragon, symbolising its ambition to continually reach greater heights.

Crafted using contract-grown rice from the Oshu region together with Iwate-grown yeast and koji, this is a true "All-Iwate" sake. It offers a vibrant fruity character, elegant aroma, and a clean, refreshing finish with excellent drinkability.

Since 2022, the brewery has released this special Baseball Label in support of Oshu City's hometown baseball superstar, making it a unique collector's edition that celebrates both local craftsmanship and sporting pride.
