Brewed using water from the Oirase River system and rice sourced from Aomori Prefecture, this Junmai Ginjo is crafted by a Nanbu Toji (master brewer) with careful attention to detail. Using a long, low-temperature fermentation process, it delivers a smooth texture with a gentle depth of flavour and a satisfying finish.
