Nouka no Sake (Farmer’s Sake) is crafted as part of a special project where local participants are involved from rice cultivation through to brewing. Using 100% “Suisei” rice grown in Asahikawa by Ukegawa Farm, this sake represents a true community effort.

Created under the theme of producing great sake from local Asahikawa ingredients, citizens took part in rice planting and harvesting, resulting in a sake that embodies the spirit of the region. It offers a gentle, fruity aroma, followed by soft sweetness and rice umami, finishing with a clean and refreshing crispness. A sake filled with the smiles and dedication of everyone involved in the project.
