Miyamagiku Tokubetsu Junmai was created from a simple idea: to craft a sake that truly shines when warmed. Developed by Funasaka Shuzo in collaboration with Toji Hiraoka, this sake is brewed using Gifu-grown “Hida Homare” rice, polished to 60% to retain rich umami.

By using Gifu’s original “G yeast,” the result is a sake that preserves the depth and richness of the Miyamagiku style while delivering a clean, sharp finish. Designed with warm serving in mind, it offers both body and balance, making it highly versatile and food-friendly.

This sake was also featured in Wakako Zake Season 6 (Episode 6).
