A Shibataya original, this refreshing dry Junmai Ginjo is brewed using Gohyakumangoku rice from Nasu, Tochigi, and soft spring water from the Nasu mountain range. It delivers a sharp, well-defined structure with a clear, crisp character and a sense of cool transparency.
