Made with 100% Kinu-hikari rice from Tokushima Prefecture, this sake is brewed from table rice rather than traditional sake rice, allowing the full natural umami of the rice to shine. It offers a fruity and aromatic nose reminiscent of fresh fruit, with a smooth sweetness and rich body that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

The Kinu-hikari rice is prized for its brilliance and excellent taste, with a gentle stickiness and clean mouthfeel. Using rice grown in the terraced fields of Kamikatsu Town, certified as one of Japan’s top 100 terraced paddies, this sake emphasizes local ingredients and produces a smooth, well-rounded junmai ginjo with a slightly fruity aroma and a pure, clean flavor.
