Despite being a Kijoshu, this sake is surprisingly light and elegant, with a gentle sweetness reminiscent of soft shiratama. Fruity aromas of melon and cherry are complemented by a subtle lactic creaminess, creating a refined and smooth mouthfeel.
As the temperature rises, a syrup-like texture emerges, adding depth and complexity to the sweetness. Rather than being heavy, it maintains a delicate, clean sweetness, making it approachable even for those new to Kijoshu and enjoyable alongside food.
