This amazake is made by blending Daiginjo sake lees from Koshimuso with “Yumepirika” rice produced at Taniguchi Farm, and adding beet oligosaccharides from Shibetsu.
Blending the sticky, naturally sweet Yumepirika rice gives the amazake a rich depth of flavour, a clean sweetness, and a smooth, velvety texture that cannot be achieved with sake lees alone.
