A world-class Junmai Daiginjo sake, recognised as the best in the world. This expression is blended with sake that has been ice-temperature aged below 0°C for up to one year, creating a rich, full-bodied “umakuchi” style with depth and elegance.

It offers a fragrant aroma and a smooth, layered palate with refined sweetness and umami, balanced by a clean, polished finish. Awarded Champion Sake at the 2010 International Wine Challenge, it stands as one of the most highly acclaimed sake globally.
