S1 Server Grand Prix

This is a competition to select the "Best Server" in Japan , a server that will make you think, "If I go to that store, I'll meet that person."

Japan Sake Association (JSA)



With the theme of "From National Drink to International Drink," the JSA Sake Academy was opened to train professionals who can properly communicate the culture, history, and deliciousness of Japanese alcoholic beverages such as sake, authentic shochu, and awamori. Over 600 people have already obtained the sake qualification "Sake Expert," and are active not only in Japan but also overseas in countries such as Italy, Thailand, Brazil, and Taiwan.
